actually it is...i went to smart wireless center and they told me that its free for now.. however you can only browse using the phone...somebody told me that you can connect your phone to your computer and you can now connect to the internet and browse pages using the internet explorer on your computer...

You need a 3G phone with HSDPA.......
so what phone do you have
??
GPRS that is not 3G
EDGE is not 3G
besides how many cellsites are 3G already?
