drag racer: good suggestion its in the drawing board na,
    A. ng plano nami but needs time and big budget dili jud ma dali dali,
    B. our team was just formed early this year, wala pa gani mi team uniform.
    C. Racing schedule for cebu is very scarce murag this year ra tingali ni daghan 2 from shago racing line and 2 from kartzone. and zero for drag race.
    D. No TV and new coverage (except from the CSMA freeman, sunstar, cdn, banat, superbalita, Kung naa only RCTV but viewers are very limited. If media coverage mo dako then its easy to get of sponsors.
    E. In fairness sad ni DGL he deserve it sad, gi andaman jud niya. I think he had a car for every class. and you are right it might be bad for the sport kay total domination man niya even his chief engineer na champion and iyang son Jr. Remember Sa last leg of kartzone autocross DGL won only a few throphy and team ACR dominated that leg. AFter that team DGL prepared for this leg and dominated.
    F. Team NCR took it in a positive note, its a challenge not only for us but for the other team (ACR, kartzone, Textstar, BMW club, Dubcity, H racing ?.. yati racing & etc...) .
To be a champion you need to practise, practise, practise, prepare for it and spend, spend spend spend, for it.

OT: anyway will take this time to acknowledge sponsors for team NCR:

From what i have observed, how come special classes are always last to run?
The main events of the Autocross that we organize is the Open class, Modified and SuperStreet. We consider the participants of these categories are the "serious racers" who intend to join the full season, probably has a "dedicated track car" and very passionate about competing in this event. In the 3 classes mentioned we will come up with year end award to the Top drivers in the respective categories...

Regarding the special classes, we consider that somekind of a "funrun" for those who want to join, or those who just want to try it out...and are not yet "serious racers" ...so we put the schedule on the afternoon to make it more participant friendly cause it is not too hot already and they do not have to stay the whole day....normal classes would have a run in the morning...and another in the afternoon, if serious racer ka na, you will not mind, but if your not that serious yet special class is for you...afternoon na and two runs one after the other, you wont have to stay the whole day....

    Announcement:

On the next event, the Street and Superstreet class will be subdivided into to 2 more catergories...A & B...so it will be :

    Street A
    Street B
    Superstreet A
    Superstreet B

A - will have a lighter required weight than the B...

    example:

Alls superstreet classes will be run at the same timeframe, you will just have to declare to the starter before the run if its for the Light or the Heavy class. This way we will be giving chances to persons with heav cars to have a chance win in their respective classes.

maayo kaayo ni nga rule, kay naa man gyud mo dagan nga lighten ila car and naa pud full interiors pa.
but it would be better to classify engine displacement also... just like what happen in SM... a lower displacement engine will have no match compare to a bigger engine... for example a 1300 jazz over a 1500 jazz... obviously 1500 can accelerate faster. even the QQ which is lighter is no math to bigger engine cars no matter how good the driver drives the car, it just cant make up time no matter how quick he can negotiate the cones. Ma wala nalang ang gana sa uban mo apil especially when ilang class gi duwa are competing with other powerfull engines.

Drove 3 cars that event.... and i can say na smaller engine cant compete with bigger engine on the same class. usik usik lang gyud ug gasolina.... me and jong drove the QQ (1100cc) sa super street 2mods (semi-slick tires and clipped spring). was driving to the engine's limit (rev cut even on 2nd gear) pero can only manage 1:04sec... while starlet running 2 mods also (turbo engine and suspension timed 1:02 or 1 flat).

This is just my observation based on experience.

yeah i agree with GTlik, its still important to classify the cars according to their displacement.

suggestion: why not make it a
    Street A: 1500 and below
    Street B: 1600 up to 2000 cc
para easier and simple ra kaayo no need to weight just one look at the engine kita dayon

    same with

    Super Street A & B

+1 ko ani. displacement and engine mods should be more looked into.
example: 3 crx's of david lim. more or less these 3 has the same weight but with different powers and capability.

nag meeting yesterday sa kartzone but ni una nko lakaw ky kuyog nko ako bugoy... but it was a positive meeting.. wait lng ta ma post unsa jud final na sabotan

We will definitely consider the weight...cause if only displacement, I think alkanse jud ang heavy car...example...kang DGL nga yellow crx was only 1500cc....murag lisod jud to pildihon cause gaan kaayo to...and if we put a weight limit, they will have to add weights...mo tabla na....

With regards to displacement....the "light" will be limited to a max displacement of 1600cc... and the heavy will have an unlimited displacement para maka apil ang mga bigger cars like the eclipse, honda accord...etc.
