Para nako if its a call center basta ang sweldo more than 10k ok na. But management wise it must be of the highest standard and satisfaction rate of employees.

In my opinion... live2sell. I may be wrong, but recent visits proved very disappointing for me.
I went to the center late last week (pm) and today (am)...
During both times their receiving area/front office was unfortunately free of any LIVING THINGS. As in empty.
wala juy taw o maski na lang unggoy.. kaloy-i.
worst call center up to date..hmmm..
LITNIK Communications Inc..
anyone heard of it?
honestly, its a small scale BPO center, pero ang hinambog sa ila GM kay the company is much mor better than the biggest call center here in cebu..
well actually, ive worked for this company for almost 7 months, pero ni resign nako atong may...grabeh ayo ang management system sa general manager ay..tsk.tsk.tsk.first call center experience ko panaman unta..huhuhuhu
bec. of her, all of the original pioneering agents resigned without even submitting any resignation letter, how could they do that?..eh, ala man tawn sila gi signan nga contract proving that theyre employed in the said company..grabeeh, jud kaayo..niya if naay day nga ala ka ni take ug calls because the client said so, then the GM will tell you to do some marketing stuff for the company..
ma shock nlang ka inig payday, kay ala gilabot sa GM ug count ang day nga nag marketing ka..ang reason?,"ala man daw ka ni dial ug ni take ug calls"..hala kaluoy...
ive just learned recently from a former agent nga for 1 month ang supposed to be salary niyakay dapat 4k, coz, she was still a trainee..here comes payday ug ang iyang nadawt kay 2kiaw ra...the GM told her the same reason i just stated earlier...grabehh jud..un proffesional pajud kaayo ang GM..hahaist nalang jud
@YellowSubmarine
you need to slap your HR Head with a copy of the Labor Code bro.
here are your rights:
Normal hours of work of any employee shall not exceed eight ( hours a day unless you are operating on a compressed workweek wherein you should have signed a Compressed Workweek waiver before your intake. So it's definitely a no-no obligating you to go to work 15 minutes before the offset of work. so long as dili ka late, ok na.
If you are deducted 50% off your daily rate when you are tardy for one minute.. that is plain BS, even if that is stated in your company policy or has been duly practiced in your company, your HR doesn't have the right to deduct such great amount from your rate, they are only alllowed to deduct the number of hours wherein you are ACTUALLY tardy, have taken undertime or absent.
my advise bro, take your payslip, a copy of your DTR to NLRC and file a complaint. this malpractice should not go on. someone should take action, it's time you teach them a lesson.
^thanks, mata_hari
yes, people, assert your rights.
im working right now in PS. im from sykes for 3 years...
para sako worst ang PS...
they're really pushing agents. liman ka walai personal break (gitawag sa SYKES nga AUX5). i f u really need to go on break gamiton ang imo alloted break which is bati kai ma igo dayon imo sked adherance.
nya sa account that i'm IN there's no really breaks from calls aside sa designated breaks nimo. queue pa jud kaau. i mean, grabeh jud ang calls. wala paka ka ginhawa naa na dayon next call.
nya bag-o pa man ko human training. liman ka 2 weeks rami proper training. the next 2 weeks kai transition ila tawag. sa transition gamiton jud ka. i duot ka to take calls na after the 2 weeks of classroom training. niya kung ma bagsak ka sa CSAT kai kasab-an ka. asa ka manangkong!...
the worst part is they're treating newcomers as newcomers jud! tagging us NEWBIE. WTF!
murag sa SYKES wala man ing-ana nga treatment.
kung sweldo and MANAGEMENT ang hisgutan its Qualfon
Im a Sykes employee. There are some accounts that does not have compensations. But that's different from my account, we have compensations it all depends on how well you do every month. Frankly, Im happy with it. No pain, no gain man gud. So if you're not performing well you don't deserve an extra pay. Im sure 3,000~7,000 per month nga madawat nimo on top of your basic salary is not alot but it's all worth it. Pambayad na sa utang ug gasto sa uyab. ^_^
