Since last night i was having problems with my connection. It started around 5 pm and went back around 7 pm, by the time i tried to log in i was having a code error 12.WTF so i called them relayed my problem and again they made me release and renew my ip then going to the internet options to clear the history , cache and cookies and still got the same problem. For 30 tiring minutes no to mention the stiff neck i got we were in vain until the girl decided to raise it to the higher technical blah blah blah. This morning they called me thru my land line and said that my base station was having problems? WTH. Im just wondering everytime a client encounters a problem, thats the time that they have to call the base station to ask for the status. It should be like the base station should report immediately in order for the client not to wait that long for the status of his connection.
yupzz, its always been like that..same old excuse.. kinda tired calling their hotline reporting.. what i usually do now a days is just logged off and come back after a few hours or even the next day.. rather than put too much effort on stress and complaining..siggghhh..

we need further comments from you bro. u knw wat, ako close friend mi-apply smart wifi last december kay naganahan "kuno" kay 384 kpbs @988 daw ang promo. But sad to say a month after iya gipaputol kay bsan ako mi try kusug pa PII nga naka dial up. Kung depende raman kaha bro pag butang or unsa ba, better post your suggestions here. I heard also isa sa mga installers nga maro daw ang ubang installers. Theyre after sa ila completion of tasks for the day. Hope this is not true. Basta lang daw makuha ang threshold signal dats it. Enlighten us.
mao lagi ni ato nasod pobre kay bisan sa services kung kita mo reklamo, daghang rason like systems upgrade, etc. Unya kung kita dli dayon maka bayad sa monthyl bill, dako na kaayo nga istorya nila.
