Recommended Prenatal Care Doctor

Anyone can recommend a good prenatal care doctor/obigyne ? Preferrably one working at North General Hospital or Perpetual Succour Hospital.

We need one who is knowledgeable about natural childbirth specially for a patient who has only one lung functioning. She would be caring and financially sympathetic with patients.
