    ni complain ko sa globe last Sept 15 sa costumer service coz my dsl is not working, they said within 48 hours. Abot nalang 3 days wala gihapon, so call ko sa service sa phone a lot of times coz tag 30mins nako hulat wala man gyuy mutubag. Luckily naay ni answer and again this time 24hrs nalang gihatag. 2 days.... again wala. went to ayala and ask if naa bay record sa ako mga complain coz they always say na ila na giemail sa services. Wala daw record so panibago nasad na complain ako gipafile niya. another 3days wala lang gihapon so I went to SM this time and ask again if naa bay record sa ako complains.... its been 2 ka globlines ofc and 3 thru phone pero she said wala daw record. So i asked her name and let her signed in a piece of paper na ni complain ko niya that time and if wala gihapon action I will file a complain na sa DTI or NTC. Nahadlok cguro kay after 2days naa namay technician ni abot, It took me about 18days para maayo and what im waiting is the rebate na ireflect sa bill otherwise they are in trouble.

    before ko ni lakaw for work nitawag ko sa globe coz naa mag cge ug panawag sa amo na wla jud hinundan.. so tawag ko sa ila coz i thought ila gi trace ang mga outgoing ang incoming phone numbers.. wla diay hehehe ok ra kasabot ko pro angmakalagot kay grabeh kadaghan numbers i press
    ang ang ila music kak karaan hheheh.. makatulog gud ka...pro ok lang ghapon na answer man sad nla ang questions pro i dunno lang kung sakto ba to.. medyo dli ko motoo sa gi ingon sa cust service na dli daw cla mag log sa incoming and outgoing phone numbers.. ila man gani gi save ang mga calls sa cp sa landline naba.. hehehe

    hahay sa pila ka months mi hinowat.. mora mga april pa bato mi pataon nya karon pa intawn nataoran..grabi sa..ny dogy rami nagbyad...hahaha ...kwarta ry giapas.. wla cla paki if kanusa nimo makoha ila serbisyo.... wa jud ayo oi...

    Thumbs down Globe broadband sucks!

    Nag start na mawalan ako dial tone at the same time broadband connection last 13June 2009. it's been two weeks, di pa inaayos. june 28 na ngayon. simply because wlang mga alam mga costumer service nila. inuubos lang nila time ko sa kapa follow up. first of all walang akong nagpa past due sa mga billings ko sa kanila, in fact nago over payment pa ako minsan. second, kaming mga subscribers ang nagpapa sweldo sa kanila pero di nila ako mabigyan ng magandang service. wala silang alam na ibang sabihin kundi "paki monitor na lang po!", "gagawan ko po ng necessary report sir!" "naka expedite na po sir!" "nasa top priority na po sir!".yanb.. at ang isa pa sa nakaka inis nag close sila ng report, na wlang nagagawang action, wlang naayos, or tumawag man sa akin. GLOBE BROADBAND really sucks! ito yung mga few names ng mga nakaka usap ko na walang kwenta; Mitch, Aiza, Shane Raymundo, Michael Torres, Norman Castillo aka Aries, Kelly Del Rosario, and their supervisor Gwen Napada and Michelle Bagunia. kung di nyo kaya mga trabaho nyo, betteryet mag resign na lang kayo. kasi sayang lang mga pin apasweldo namin sa inyo...

    ako kay installation sked pa lang daan, gsapot na! so wen i canceled my application, that was the time that they kept on persuading me and told me that the problem was the line in our area and that they will fix it right away, pero wa na jud ko nagpadala kay di kahibaw mutuman sa ilang gi-commit na sked.. paet! maau pa ang pldt, diretso ra jud intawn..
