palihug ko tabang... nag try ko setup sa akong bag-o nga router Linksys WRH54G with the siemens modem SE260 DSL nga gisupply sa Globe broadband.. ako gi set ang router to DHCP, di man ko ka connect internet.. dayun, ako gitawag ang globe, ingon nila set to PPPoE and they gave me the username and password and to set the IP address to 192.168.1.1 kay mao man daw ni ip address sa modem.. so i did, pero di gihapon ko ka connect sa internet (desktop or laptop which are both connected to the router)...
gitawag nako balik ang globe, ingon nila di na daw nila covered ang router issues.. the most they can help is giving me the username and password.. huhuhuh...
unsa inyong ika suggest ako buhaton sa pag setup sa router... salamat kaayo!

Kailangan nimo i-set ang SE260 to bridge mode if you still want to use it with your Linksys router.

I wouldn't fault Globe since it's not part of their service to troubleshoot internet appliances that you connected to their equipment.

need help.. same modem ta siemens se260. cge nakog tawag globe dili ko mka connect. ok ra daw akong modem to server connction hasta modem to pc. scanned pc for virus... wala. reformated lang last saturday morning then pag gabii dili na mka connect. tsamba2x lng na mka connect pero kasagaran dili. hinay kau kalaagot 1mbps ta ni nga plan...

try ad2 sa 192.168.1.1, check sa status/wan... if IP assigned nimo kay 112 ga start.. bati na better disconnect and connect ka until mka ip ka ga start ug 120. hope it helps

has anyone of you here tried replacing with a different modem/router? I have a linksys wag200, don't know if its compatible with GLOBE DSL though. basically, linksys wag200 already has modem, router, 4port switch and wireless on it. it would be economical (electricity wise) running this. however, i can't seem to figure out how to configure it properly.

same issue here.. bago lang na-ilisdan akong modem to siemens SE280 adsl+2 then naa na prob sa akong WLAN.. dli na makaconnect akong laptop sa WLAN.. naa ko desktop na nakadirect connect sa router with LAN.. okay man sya naka-net ko pero akong WLAN kay dli..

any suggestions?

bay og de pa gani na still working till now try mo to, since naka configure yang siemens na modem router wag kana gumamit pa uli ng isang router. Gamit kana ng switch or rather Hub

but ask lang ko bro...my wifi now is working at home....curious lang ko if mg lit up lang ba japun ang light sa ethernet ani nga modem once wifi is ok nah?

coz in my end ethernet light is blinking green.
as far as i know kng mg wireless dapat off ni xa...
but so far akng gicompare pud..if nakadirect connection ko solid green ang ethernet light..and now nakawireless ko..blinking green ang ethernet light..ok raba ni xa? any idea istoryans?
