like akong sister bought a commemorative plate of UP's Centennial. Gitaod sa iyang VW 1200. Apil sa plate is a sticker na kinahanglan ipapilit nimo sa windsheild saying that LTO has authorized the owner to use the plates. Usually usa ra man gyud na plate na, so okay lang. Either ang front or rear will have the original license plates.

If you have the sticker and hindi pa expired.. unya gidakop ka sa pulis or citom gihapon... awww gubot na kana! Sumbong dayon sa LTO main!

murag dli clear imo pag sulti bro.. ive been using House of Representative Commemorative Plates since April 2009..

ang front ra jud ang pwd tabunan (as in tabunan jud without taking the old plate)..
unless f expire na imo commemorative plate so imo na jud na ipagawas imo original plate..

no Commemorative Plate should be place on the rear of the vehicle..

Why are they selling it if they will just apprehend people who will use it? They did not indicate the rules clearly that is why plenty of people have been victimized by using these plates.

One custom commemorative plates costs around 2,700.00 pesos up and those common ones costs about 2,500.00 or below.

What are they for then, if people cannot use it?

I hope they just did not sell it instead of fooling people into buying these plates that cannot be used.

besides nag release jud og new administrative order ang LTO about commemorative plates para dli ma confuse ang mga people..
