The NOKOR's statement / press release about wiping off USA from the map is just another tactic deployed used by the very person of OBL who is more evil than Nokor's leader .

Its about being desperate and running out of excuses to stand on its own feet defending themselves in the name of Allah in respect to OBL and whatever ideals Nokor's leader is embracing .

SUn Tzu's ART of WAR in the works .

For North Koreans, having nuclear weapons is tied to their very survival as a state. In their own minds, that is. Rival South Korea has on its soil elements of the US armed forces. While South Korea itself may not have its own nuclear weapons, it is very easy to think that US forces on Korean soil must have in their possession an arsenal of nuclear weapons (the Pentagon will neither confirm nor deny that of course). Aside from a host of tactical nuclear weapons in theater, a number of continental-based ICBMs could very well be aimed at Pyongyang and other North Korean targets.

Just as South Koreans face the prospect of war breaking out any day, so too do North Koreans live with the threat of war looming heavily over their daily existence. They face not only their rivals from the south but also the mailed fist of a nuclear-armed superpower.

The only way to face down the overwhelming might of its southern neighbor is to bring down the specter of nuclear annihilation upon its foe: You so much as set foot on North Korean soil, we'll nuke you and your American puppetmasters back into the stone age. Or something like that.

So this nuclear development program is redressing the balance, at least in the minds of the North Koreans.

I was talking about the press release pointing out of WIPING OFF US of A in the map . Not in this lifetime either . They may be " capable " but they dont have the guts to unleashed their terror . Sa street lingo pa ... thay cant walk the walk and talk the talk . A true war strategist doesnt advance any motion that can be used against them . Kung mo balik ta ni SUn Tzu ... the ELEMENT of SURPRISE . If you are capable and a badass North Korean dictator , just do it otherwise Uncle Sam can only reply with LICKMYBALLS Mr. Kim .

If they assumed the position of the US forces in the south ... then nabali ang ELEMENT of SURPRISE .

Unsa na ni oi, gubat na ni? It is very possible that North Korea will make good on its promise of "wiping out the US off the face of the earth". Kim Jong IL is not a rational man. He knows it's only a matter of time before he dies and who knows what goes through an 'irrational' man's head when he knows he's dying...a grand exit perhaps? If so, launching off missiles and creating total chaos would certainly fall nicely into his "grand exit" scheme of things.

Never underestimate what an irrational person can do.
