    Mangutana lang ko ha, kay Biggest Loser man ang title ani nga thread, has anyone here read Bob Harper's book, Are You Ready? It is a very good book baya. I've been following his advice about starting out with just pure cardio for the first month or so, then slowly introducing strength/resistance exercises after that. So what I've been doing for almost two weeks now is 30 mins on the treadmill and 20 minutes of the Core Rhythms workout 6 days/week. I limit my food/caloric intake to 1200 - 1500 calories a day. Eating less and exercising more really does work. But definitely, it's not easy! whew!

    PS. Unsaon man kung gusto ta moapil pero wala ta sa Cebu?

    Hello Dors! Kumusta na? Long time no messaging ha after the RH bill thingy! hehehehe....Anyhoo Aykman and those who want to do the Biggest Loser thing will meet pa man to brainstorm and kickstart the program. I dunno pa unsaon na kung dili taga Cebu ang gusto mo apil. Murag lisud man na Dors kay di man gud makita ang progress...some pictures can be edited and so on....pero we will discuss it sa meeting.

    Aykman! Unsa man dayun ta this week ug meeting? After office hours...I suggest mga 6 to 8PM on June 25 sa ayala food court....ok mo? Ang ganahan muapil sa meeting just show up lang...No need for confirmations kay hassle na. Mutungha ra man jud nang interesado di ba? heheheh....Im sooo excited!

    Ems, pareha gyud ta, I need to lose pud a considerable amount kay daghan nako na notice sakit2x sa lawas. So far, I've lost 15 lbs doing the South Beach diet and watching my caloric intake (and exercising), but I still have 50 lbs to go before I reach my target weight.

    If ever mag sugod na mo sa inyong challenge Ems, pag post nalang ug before and after pics dire, tan-aw tan-aw nalang ko kay dili man ko kaapil. Good Luck guys!

    Hi babypaupau! Of course pwede ang di kau tambok diri. the more the merrier! heheheh. Iin one of my threads I mentioned nga ang meeting is tomorrow, June 25 sa foodcourt sa ayala from 6 to 8pm. Diha lang ta sa tables kanang front bitaw sa elevator doors? Anyone who wants to join the meeting can do so. As I said no need for confirmations, just show up. KKB lang ta ug gusto ta mangaon...heheheh....

    Ok ra ni nga time and day with everyone?
