    for guys don't worry too much about pagamay sa tiyan. basta gahi lang imo tiyan sa muscles think that's a plus already. it would help a lot in your self esteem already. look at the WWE wrestlers. they don't have flat stomachs but they have hard bodies. bisan gaugdo ila tiyan muscle man gihapon. ako mga gym instructors dili flat ug tiyan pero gahig mga tiyan. hehe

    dapat kung mga exercise...naa sad food discipline, just like bea alonzo..hehehehe...egg and watermelon ra daw iya gi eat

    oi bad baya na if you deprive yourself with some of the foods. dapat balanced gyud imo diet, naay protein, carbs, vitamins and minerals or else your health will suffer in the long run. unsaon na lang na nga sexy ka pero magkasakit na ka. i know one celebrity nga abi niya it was good that she lost weight only to realized later nga mao diay ni lose siyag weight kay naa na siyay cancer.
