    Default what kind of sit-up nga effective pagamay sa tiyan?


    unsay kind sa sit-up nga effective para pagamay sa tiyan?
    pls post any suggestions...

    suwayi tanan bai. para mas effective. do 300 sit ups a day bahalag hinay2x lng gud.

    Default sit ups

    crunches bai. para na sa upper abs. try doing 30 reps for 3 sets first until makaya na nimo nga 50 reps for 3 sets. do this everyday. pero mag diet sad jud ka. minimize imo carbo bai especially dinner. as much as possible half rice lang or mag whole weat nga sandwhich.

    thanks bai, nagsugod2x na hinuon kog veggie salad lang sa dinner with 2 slice of fish fillet... ok na bai?
    sa sit-up bai, normal ra nga position? naa man uban nga style maghigda nya pina-hang ang tiil...

    bai suwayi kanang v type. kanang higda ka tapos elevate lang imo tiil ug head. then press for a minute..try lang kay ok n sya

    raise ur legs as straight as u can..while body mo nakahiga,,parang naka 90 deg angle ka...unya pag kupot ug dumbells, kanang makaya nimo nga weight..then elevate ur body tru ur abs, repeat..

    i have read a lot of tips para sa pagpagamay sa tiyan. the main concept of that is to get rid of the belly fats. cardio activities is better than stomach exercises. as far as i know, stomach exercises such as crunches makes the abdominal muscles strong and toned but is not really the best way to achieve those good looking abs or at least a flat tummy.

    cardio activities such as jogging, sprinting, cycling, and swimming are among the best activities para pawala sa tambok sa tiyan then couple it with crunches, sit-ups, and leg raises and proper diet, you're sure on your way to have those great abs.

    agree ko ani. ako i do crunches and situp 3 sets with 20-30reps each. nigahi na ako tiyan pero dili flat, niugdo nuon morag tiyan sa mga WWE wrestlers. pero i noticed that when i play basketball or any aerobics kind of thing sports mohiyos hiyos siya. samot na siguro kung mo play pa kog soccer kay grabe na kakapoy. wa pa koy nakit-an soccer player nga dako ug tiyan unlike sa mga basketball players.

    i read a lot of articles regarding the fallacy of spot reduction. morag tinuod bitaw kay ang fats sa imo tiyan mawala lang na kung mo lose kag fats everywhere.
