Guys kung mag grill mo, how long you marinate, your marinate ingridents & how you prefer your sauce & there ingirdents?

Naa koy Hamilton Indoor & Outdoor griller, so far okay man nga brand wala paman mag binuang. Kanang imong gi pakita nga roaster oven naa ba kanay spinner? Mas maayo man gud ug luto tong naay spinner na obserbahan lang na naku.
GALADRIEL ..... hehehe ang mga PYREX namo naa man sa Cebu wala diri .
KALINAW ..... welcome bai .. anything FOOD and BEVERAGE issues . Depende pod na sa unsay i grill nimo , ang karne ug ang temperature sa karne na gusto niom like :
- steaks , di na nako i marinate but salt and pepper lang with a hint of Lawries spices .
- chicken breast , marinated nako for 24 hrs
- pork chop , mga 3 to 5 hours with mucho AHOS hehehe ...
- fresh fish , asin and lemon lang while being grilled

sige lang mag tigom ko for pyrex or magpadala na lang ko...
- pork chop, salt & pepper with maggi seasoning and worcestershire sauce - diretso na luto, oven toaster broiled for 20minutes
- chicken, 1 chicken cube, salt & pepper with egg marinated for 12-24hrs
- fish, salt and pepper then diretso luto

pork chop: oyster sauce, LOTS of garlic, salt, pepper, any herbs at hand, sometimes red onions
chicken: same marinade as pork chop
I marinate overnight pork and chicken or at least 1 hour.
fish: salt and pepper with a squeeze of lemon or calamansi
another way with fish - salt and pepper and a little milk. marinate for 30 minutes. dredge with bread crumbs or kasugai or flour then deep fry.

How about special sauces / gravies / dips etc for pork , chicken , bbq , fish, lamb chops etc ??

oh, i forgot to add: i always marinate meat in olive oil. it's the best.

i don't usually use cubes or MSG when cooking because of the kids plus the fact that MSG gives my hubby a migraine (esp when eating at MSG restos....chinese restaurants . i just use salt, sugar and pepper instead of using MSG :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
