dali rna bro, duola lng ang PhilHealth Counter inside sa hospital ask ka ug form then i fillup nimo ang tanan info., after ana naa signatory ang imo company to attest nga active contributor ka sa P.Health,once complied nimo tanan req. imo isubmit balik ngadto sa counter diin nimo gikuha ang form, assuming nga na admit na ang pasyente sa hospital..

pero kung naa kay Philhealth ID pwde ra ka ma deduct dritso before ka mo submit sa form..

ok ra ba, if ang philhealth ID nga akong gamiton katun single pako.. wala pa man gud ko kapa ID ug balik both SSS and Philhealth.

ok rman na bro imo ID ky mao nman jd na d nman na ma usab imo lng status or other details pero ID nmo mao n jd na..e pa update lng na later para change s imo status...for amendments b!
