nice information. so at least there are already vast confirmations about the 52mm filter being perfectly fit on this sx10is.

by the way, im confused, how can a 52mm filter help in shooting? i mean, like in macro aspect, will it lively magnify more the whole frame in the viewfinder of sx10?

i see..very nice. how about with the macro? is there a comparison shot also? i wonder how will it magnify a subject.

nakapalit nako og 52mm 10+ macro filter^^ and it fits really well in the thread of the barrel as if it was designed for it. the hold and grip is strong enough not to fall easily. this should protect my lens from accidental bumps when doing extreme macro. magamit pod nako ang lens cap and lens hood simultaneously.

^^ thanks bai. pero we just need to be cautious since there are reports also that some brands of 52mm have a male thread that are not compatible with the female thread of our sx10is. i have bought mine from manila bai although unfortunately & fortunately, this is the last piece. the brand is massa. i have contacted also massa company in china to surely confirm if it is really compatible with the sx10is barrel's thread, and they ratified with it. it is made from quality thick optical glass and metal.

im planning na pod to get the circular polarizer to protect my bildo from wide angle shooting as well.

naglibog ko sa cpl, uv, og skylight? asa may mas maayo nilang tulo? if im not mistaken, all suppresses excessive bright rays that affect photos.
