Well, if you are asking for something nice in Cebu, avoid the Sarrosa Hotel. But if you want to treat yourself, then go hop on over to the Hilton Cebu Resort in Mactan Island.

The view at the 18th floor, oceanside room is just magnificent. They are currently running a special. If you stay two nights, then you only pay the price of one night. For one night, the 18th floor ocean view room cost about PHP 9500 (off peak rate), which includes breakfast. If you stay an extra night, then you pretty much pay for the same price. I believe Plantation Bay is also running the same special.
