depende na mam, kung bag o paka ga start exercise pag walking lang sa den hinay2x increase imu intensity like pakusgan nimo imu speed sa usual or increase ka sa distance. kung kaya na nimu pwede ka mu jog ug hinay den hinay2x gihapon ug increase. ako gym ko 4x a wk unya treadmill ko incline 2x a wk unya jog ko abellana 2x a wk. so far so goog ako maintain ako weight ug body fat.

fast walking lang arun naay hangos gamay. hi-impact ra kaayo para nako ang jogging, but i can jog.. just have too much leg work para pun-an pa gyud og jogging. og sa ako pa gym-mate, "mo kobol ka ana bay!"
