just get the username and password of your globe account
replace globe provided modem
configure wag54g pppoe/pppoa.. that's it..

just take it out of the setup
disconnect it, connect the wag54g...

pppoe or pppoa which ever you prefer... pppoa is a lot more stable.. based on my experience as a former EarthLink LPV TRON, cases like intermittent internet, as a last resort, we set it to pppoa.. speed that is kinda slower but max speed is higher than what is offered here in the Philippines
