download that pic, and save it to drive c: then open the image using winrar, then drag the desktop.ini to your drive c: open the desktop.ini

iconarea_image=water.jpg <-- the image file, you can change the path.
example: iconarea_image=C:\Wallpaper\Azul.jpg

iconarea_text=0x00FFFFFF <-- you can change the color
example: iconarea_text=0x00000000

then hide the file desktop.ini.
