people are entitled to make or to create there own s3x videos because that is there personal rights and there privacy. but the thing is some people who stumbled or have discovered this kind of videos don't think of the consequences of releasing this videos. even though hyden created this videos, he has no desire of making this public. the people who released this videos should be condemned not the performers.

Yes she can sue Hayden for releasing those videos without her consent.. mao nang gibuhat ni Katrina Halili.. She didn't know she was being filmed on the second video.. the only thing is Maricar never came out to defend herself regarding the whole issue.. she just kept mum over the whole thing.. no case was filed against Hayden..
