3c.malagkit
1 1/2 c.water
1c.dark brown sugar
1/2c.regular sugar
3c.diluted coconut milk
3/4 tsp salt
TOPPING
1 (15 ounce) can condensed milk
3/4 cup rich coconut milk
2-3 tablespoons flour, for quick thickening
1.in deep cooker combine malagkit rice,water,all sugars,coco milk and salt
2.turn cooker and stir mixture occasionally until liquid absorbs and rice is soft,add water if needed,continue stirring occasionally so rice will be uniform in texture and fully cooked.
3.transfer into glasspan.flatten
4. Meanwhile, prepare the topping. Combine all topping ingredients in a heavy saucepan and cook over low heat stirring constantly until thick (about 15 minutes). Pour topping over rice mixture in dish. Increase oven heat to 350 degrees. Bake until top is brown (about 15 minutes).

mas lami gyud nang biko kon natural nga pagkaluto ba....nga adto jud sa kaha/kabaong nya huyop2 ka sa sugnod....then ikaw pay mo tuno sa lubi(plus singot ginagmay)....lami kaau na ug resulta....hehehe....hapi na ang lenten season murag katilaw na sad ko ug biko ani...kay last nakong tilaw pag new year pa....
