    Default Compaq Presario CQ40-340TU Probs....


    mga bai naa nag pa install ug os ani na model Compaq Presario CQ40-340TU

    pero dli sya mulahos. First nko gi install kay win xp pro pero then ni blu sceen sya kay dli daw compatible ang xp ani niya
    nga model mao 2 ako gi vista dli sya mulahos?kutob ra sa "COMPLETING INSTALLATION" bag-o ni sya palit nano mani?

    PLSSSSSSSSSS help mga bai....

    run a bootable disk utility (that has tools like fdisk) and run FDISK before installing the OS, wipe the drive clean.

    i have a cq40. ang cq40 series is designed for windows vista. but if you want xp, use google and you can find drivers. but it's not easy. you have to slipstream your installation disc also so it wont bluescreen.

    sa vista, are you using genuine na vista?

    because if not, mu-hang jud sya sa completing installation part because thats the part where vista is "force-activated". But the cq40's board has a system that prevents force activation. but still there are workarounds, but it isnt easy.

    follow what CeeJay posted. usually, dili na mo hang ang vista installation. but if not activated, you can only use it for 30 days. i have installed vista home basic on a similar laptop, CQ40. and wala ray problema in completing the installation.

    use genuine OS.. icheck imu unit sa net ug unsai compatible ana

    slipstream rana bai. speaking of this laptop. just wanna know if mka daug nig COD4 or L4D nga game?

    yap correct slipstream na ang imong OSXP pangita lng ug driver sa CQ40-340TU sata driver kay mao sad na among gbuhat sa laptop namo dri

    ako problem sa akong laptop nako (same ta ug model) kay ang screen..murag naay usa ka line na mag rainbow2x...naa mo idea ani?
