I don't think this is true. I have been to Canon offices here and in Cebu and they all have chairs and walk at a normal pace. Unless....it's a conspiracy that if there's a visitor they put in chairs and walk normally then it goes back to no chairs and fast pace as soon as the visitor walks out of the office. hmm...
