DILI bro sayop, you should have known that Mr. ARISTOTLE live before the church was conceived and even JESUS was born, he was propagating his ideas by 384 BC thats too far away from the church period, every one in that time in the western world acknowledge that idea, thus for all the people in that time span. thus the church have acknowledge that since that was the truth of that time.

its like the USA now, trying to safeguard the dominant discourse of Democracy, as the status quo while regarding every thing else as "heretical" and must be changed. (Communism, Iraq, etc.)

well said, mr.child. i may have to agree with this. yes, it's true, just to maintain the status quo great political (and/or religious) bodies would often resort to impose their "standards" to the whole world even though their standards are not always necessarily the best.

Would you say that that church was GUIDED BY THE HOLY SPRIT when it maintained the status quo for declaring that the earth was the center of the universe and not the sun?

did i say that jesus lived before aristotle? i don't think so.

oh i get it, you're blaming aristotle for spreading this so-called geocentric universe and thus coming clean for your church when the inquisition was hacking heretics' heads and torturing and burning those would oppose the church's "adopted" idea of the geocentric universe.

question: did aristotle murder those who opposed him?

the roman catholic church, how typical. parehas lang mo ni pontius pilate, manghinaw lang dayon.
