QUESTION: inana ba jud kadugay mu call ang cvg for job offer? nabutang ko nila sa microsoft tech account nga bago pa daw open..

dude ms or microsoft has been w/ cvg forever just like my case they also told me that gmaci is a new acct(it is somewhat new) but it has been w/ cvg for more than a year when i was endorsed on the floor and did they ask you that they will just call you? cuz if that's the case it is usually the generic line for HR pipz; it is also means they don't have a seat available yet or they just want you to reapply after a month. how about asking the hr pipz about your status? anyways, good luck!

pre tier 2 doesn't have much of a diff sa pay unless you have contact center xp cuz you can really demand for a higher pay compared sa newbie ka tier 2 means a more demanding account that's why a bit higher ang pay. dili lang ko sure if tier 2 ang time warner but i think they are. what i know is ang tier 2 na account is ang sprint and gmaci - both have their own legacy(if you know what i mean)

when i applied at cvg Sprint jud ang na-assign sa akoa nga account which i did not expect. .i was unlucky because wa ko gpapili sa nag final interview nako...most of my wavemates were asked wat account do they want. . maypag sa Comcast ko gibutang. .wa noon nako nakaya ang training sa Sprint. .na-evict noon ko...hehehe . ..

let me clarify the thing about TIERS... that's a classification on how you are paid.. example sa Tier 1 is microsoft.. kung sa building pa, sila ang front desk or information desk... They lead you to the right department to fix your concern... in short, ang tier one kay BASIC...

Tier 2, example is Sprint... mas complicated ang job responsibilities... good thing sa amo is we get to have incentives like getting commission when we pass our sales metric that is based on our Issue Resolution...

A person is profiled based on how their interviews and exams go... higher score, higher tier.. ana lang..

but if I were to re-apply in CVG (I just resigned may 30..YAY ME!), I would want to be in Comcast... chillax to the max...
