All committee...lapas naman ta sa 8 votes, revise na lang nyo ang rules bahin sa uniform.....ug katong previous revision nato bahin sa 10 players nga kung dili sila maka-abot start of 3rd quarter minus 5 points......I think mao rana sya atong revision, maayo ma change na sya karon, murag si monrose, omad ug salot ra maka edit sa rules nga ato post pikas thread.......

Sugod sa duwa ugma, inform na lang tanan team about sa revision....good luck tomorrow sa tanan teams...

kindly check the following (suggestions / objections welcome) so we can revise the existing rule along that line:

- All players must wear their proper uniform during the game period. At least upper uniform must be worn. Exchange of uniform is not allowed. A penalty of (3) points for 1 player and / or (2) points each for 2 or more players will be imposed to those who forgot to bring their uniform (granting that said player(s) actually have team uniforms). Total penalty points would be added to the opponent's score sheet at the start of the 2nd quarter. Representatives from both teams, referees and a member of the committee are required to witness the addition of penalty points.

mag revise naman lang jud ta ug rules, pwede ibutang nato:

- Failure to pay the entrance fee for this conference (4th Conference) will result to banning of the team including all its players from playing ever again in future IBC leagues.

it's called entrance fee for a reason. not half-way fee nor exit fee.

besides, naa bay barkadahan league nga ang tanan lipay kaayo ug duwa then ang committee maoy magbagu-od ug tinapal sa kuwang sa wala mobayad?

I would also vote for allowing only the teams who would pay the whole entrance fee on or before the start of the next league (5th Conference and onwards). if there would only be 8 to 10 teams who can afford to pay on time, then we will have 8 to 10 teams. (poll added)

so as early as now, pwede na mag start ug tigum ang isig ka player ug at least P500 (entrance fee) ug at least P300 para sa uniform. kay around the same time next year magsugod na sad ang 5th conference, kana ha kung ang majority sa existing committee karon willing pa mo volunteer sa ilang time sunod tuig.

about sa entrance fee. mas maayo as early as now mag start nata ug organize for the 5th conference. ato nani sabotan and meetingan karong July pohon and then by july kay mag start napud ta ug announce sa pikas thread about sa 5th conference. then sa 5th conference kay ato na strictohon ang pag kolekta sa mga entrance fee. naa ko daghan ika suggest about ani pero adto nalang nako ni ipa buhagay inig start nato ug meeting para sa 5th conference.

Agree ko ani....of course ato na gyud ban mga teams dili makabayad sa ilang entrance fee.....

about sa rules and regulations. inig start sa quarterfinals pohon kay ato unya e invite ang mga team representatives na ni qualify sa quarterfinals para mag meeting before mag ta mag start sa next round para ma clarify nato nila ang rules and also ato pud e explain nila ang new revised ruling about sa uniform.

I think we need to let them understand also about sa "substitution of players" during 1st quarter and 2nd quarter kay dinhi sila medyo naglibog. in this part morag kinihanglan ko nila mag explain ani and if ever naa sila comments or suggestion about this at least ma sabotan nato dayon before mag start ang quarter finals.

mga bro censya namo, not yet an official committee member, pls allow me to feed infos and insights diri. had an initial talk with nardz and alvingo a few weeks back. ingon ko na try writing sa mga media and invite their team for an exchange deal media coverage for the next conference. start lang ta with one. i will try talking to a client here in CITIGYM taga CDN ni siya. i'll text or give feedback here, if its ok with you guys.
ask lang ko where will be the definite semi and finals venue basin maka source out ko og trophies.. di lang ko promise but will try, hapit na raba... maayo unta sa atillo gym.... nardz knows why??
