i really dont know where this topic belongs to. i need some advises ..

as far as i can observe, SUN CELLULAR post paid plans are offering very low rates with free phones..

like the 350 plan there is a free colored nokia 1600 phone...

is this sulit or what?

i have 5 lines under my name...for me its super sulit!! take note lock-in for 24months. at present i did not encounter any problem whatsoever...

for metro cebu i don't see any problem but i don't have any idea outside metro cebu and other places.

sun has a pretty good coverage in city areas but outside not so. ok sad sa other provinces in visayas and mindanao. mdyo problemado lng signal inside concrete buildings. but on the most part its pretty good.

i doubt u'll only be having sun num. in that case u shudnt have any prob at all since u have a back up

ganahan ta jud ko mag-sun.. imagine, ive bought two simpacks already. PERO to no avail, wa jud signal sa amo. hahai.. except sa garden. and alang naman sad mag text ko sa garden. aw it worked the first few weeks then gilamok ko ug ayo.

before sun is our 2nd phone but now is our 1st phone. most of the time now we are using sun than our globe/smart!!

Personally, I was never satisfied with my Sun network. I had it two years ago, and mura ko ug nahuwasan when I ended my 2year contract. Magka wala wala ang signal, ma delayed pa ang mga messages. Ok lang if most of ur friends are using sun. Pero Sun with other networks? It didn't work with me. Dili pa jud ka makontak daun. Remember, having a celfone is really important especially when you have an emergency. What if you'll have an emergency and when you tried calling, sige lang ug "NETWORK BUSY". Think twice before signing up for a plan. Word of advice, have a pre paid sim first. Try it before signing for a two year contract.
