    mga istoryans, asa inyo preferred na slot if we talk about all rowhouse subdivisions lang. would you prefer kanang sa inside blocks? meaning, ang likod sa imong house is another unit na sad. or would your prefer kanang sa perimeter blocks? ang likod nimu is dili na property sa subdivision.

    and which do you think your unit be facing? ang concern ani is ang sunlight. most prefer nga ang ilang unit mag atubang sa east. how 'bout facing north nlng para sunrise or sunset won't bother you a lot.

    what's your take on this mga bro and bra heheh

    (na-a ba Deca Liloan? , Deca Danao)
    Danao - far from cebu city, low prices ang houses, no alternate road going to cebu

    b. Going South (Deca Tungkil/Tungha-an)
    Minglanilla Area -layo-layo sad, pero sure ang sakyanan kay na-a multicab/buses mo labay, na-ay KMK nag byahe, sudlonon,
    na-a alternate road going cebu using SRP, mas maayo if na-a ka own service. Barato Barato na price compared sa uban then dagko ug lots.

    last week nag reserved nami ug 1 unit gumamela model (sa ako cousin) nya myself nag reserved sad ko ug magnolia with garden sa bayswater, mactan...pero naa pami dre byahe ako ra father nakakita sa subdivision they send us pictures of the said model...this nov.20 mag start nami ug bayad sa equity..ask lang ko help unsa ma advice ninyo or feedback's sa bayswater ok ba siya??Feb paman mi mo uli gud..basin magmahay mi ba...ok ba ang devloper? ganahan man gud mi sa iya amenities mao for low cost housing siya amo gipili...but before mi mopadayon plz post ur feedback's

    with regards sa agent ok man kau siya as of now ning assist jud siya namo..
