Make my own credit card, How to?

Hi ka-istoryas! I want to have my own credit card so that I can buy softwares in the internet. This can be VISA card, MasterCard.

Actually, I am just a student with tha age of 17. I wonder if I can have those cards with my age.
What are the requirements to gain these cards?

How to make it here in Cebu?

bor ko lang suggest bro di man ka kabayad ana..pag work sa ka..alangan imo parents pabairon nimo bro di gani sya pahulam kai kabaosila nga di kakabayad..
