    A few things have happened since I last posted. I did call the consultant and woke him up at 4am in the morning as I was pissed. I also called the ex-manager at 4 but no one picked up so I left a nasty voicemail. The consultant said said he no longer worked there and to talk to the new manager. I did speak with the manager and at first he gave me bullsh!t about "no comment" on how older consultant or the previous manager LIED about waiving the Time Freeze fee. I argued further and eventually he did agree that a "serious mistake" had been made by the previous manager.

    So as it stands now, they have terminated my membership and have told the collection agency not to pursue anything further. I really do hope that is the last I hear from them.

    i think all of you should file a formal complaint against them.. kay it happened to a number of my friends and the same thing happened.. para makahibaw sila sa ila binuang.

    the email on kent richards on fitness first does not exist.

    I wanted to write him a letter hoping that he could help me.

    i dont know what to do about my problem now

    Well I actually still had 1 month left in my 3 month contract. I was able to terminate it by showing proof that I was no longer in the country (faxed over my Passport HK stamp).

    If only it were so easy for other people..

    I am the happiest person that God helped me get out of fitness first! I wish you good luck to all of those who are trapped on that gym! To those who are trying to get out, dont give up! im sure there will always be a way!
