Carbed Vehicles Obsolete by 2011?

I saw a news item from TV Patrol World last night stating that all gasoline products to be sold in the country by 2011 will be have an addition of 10% ethanol. The reporter also mentioned that this kind of fuel (E10) won't work with cars with carburetors. Will old school cars become obsolete by then?

This concerns me because I am considering buying a VW Beetle or boxtype next year. Please share your info regarding this matter.

You don't need the inventor if you want to install it on your car. You have to do it yourself or have someone do it for you.
