schools offering short term courses (computer and/or electronics)

i am currently scouting and canvassing schools that offer short term courses about computers (assembly, troubleshooting, and networking) and/or electronics. so far i only know TESDA, informatics, and javasphere here in cebu. are there any other schools? like STI or AMA? are they offering short term courses? i have decided to take on TESDA but unfortunately they are fully booked until december and most probably some slots will be available on january 2010. i can't wait that long since im planning to take such course/s this coming june or july hopefully.

wat's wrong wd TESDA? a Lot of professionaLs enroLL there to get a "LEVEL UP"..
ive known some.. NETwork ADmin, TEch Support engineer.. yah they've been there

Try to contact ang manpower dept kung asa ka na LGU na belong, Like here in Lapu- Lapu the city offers computer repair and any electronic related training.
