PHP40k to 50k budget? no problem. get a macbook.
I do not buy NEW macbooks. get the ones that are end of life, say mid 2008 models. These are heavily discounted and if you look at the ads are going for less than $900.00. Thats about PHP45k. Add shipping (US to Phil) and customs duties for another PHP7,500.00 That comes out to somewhere PHP53k.
Oops sobra sa budget. Maybe you can save PHP3k more; then the macbook will be a reality.
My macbook (mid 2007 model) bought in Singapore, May 2008 was selling for an equivalent of PHP 53k then.
or go to this German maker of PC clones which loads OS X 10.5 into PCs. cheap macs
or Search the internet. People were successful in loading OS X on an MSI wind. MSI is quite cheap.
