Re: ACN & Acknowledgment Receipt of your Requirements

Dear QUALIFIED APPLICANT/S FOR U.S TRAINING,

Please be acknowledged that we have been received your requirements PER Acknowledgment Receipt No:018. And your requirements had been verified by the board of company directors under human resources department of the company – MORGAN STANLEY GROUP OF COMPANIES (USA) for immediate processing.

And, please be informed that the following company email addresses:

    1. HRdept@morganstanley.com and
    2. reservation@morganstanley.com;

are currently over quota. Due to big file attachments of applicants’ email. Thus, company email inbox has given-up and encountered error in receiving email attachments because the capacity of the company website email inbox is limited only. That's why there are some attachments were received by the head office and others were not. Sorry for the inconvenience.

So, we are advised you to use our alternative email address:
    m_mainoffice@yahoo.com or morganstanley_hrd@yahoo.com

TAKE NOTE OF YOUR APPLICANT'S CONTROL NUMBER (ACN) BELOW:

    NAME ACN Persn'l Appearance Sched.

    1. Edgar H Malinao 2008-0180-01NSC

    2. Heracleo C Cuevas 2008-0180-02NSC

    3. Marilyn B Calumpang 2008-0180-03NSC - no schedule yet -

    4. Antonio M Villanueva 2008-0180-04NSC

Please be informed that those applicants listed above who have no schedule yet for personal appearance on June 19, 2009 are temporarily have no free plane ticket yet for U.S. Training. Due to some pending processing of the preparation of your VISA because of the Authentication problems that was found out on your submitted requirements upon verification process of the US Embassy.

Thus, some of you had not been included yet in a list of applicants to report on June 19, 2009 for Personal Appearance @ US Embassy because we have to fix everything first regarding your requirements and documents for authentications. Because of this problem, the US Embassy had temporarily pending the approval of your FREE VISA for processing as one of the requirements for your final training in New York (U.S.A.).

Due to the following main reasons:

    1. They have NEW revised 2009 standard form of authentications as a pre-requisite requirement before allowing our direct-company to get Free VISA for company trainees brought to U.S. It is strictly imposed by the US Embassy this year due to global economic crisis that they experienced.

    2. All your important papers/requirements/documents such as:

    Diploma /or Transcript of Records
    And other important documents

should passed the authentication process of the Department of Foreign Affairs (Manila) or DFA; that we call, the "RED RIBBON" authentication, before the embassy allow to release a VISA form to process your free visa.

School credentials especially Transcript of Records (TOR) and/or diploma, or any school certifications should also be authenticated by CHED and DFA if you are College graduate or undergraduate (or TESDA if you are a graduate of Vocational/Technical/2-yr courses).

So, these are the reasons why some of you are temporarily not scheduled yet for personal appearance on June 19, 2009 until everything has fixed regarding this matter. Else, you can have a free plane ticket and personal appearance on June 19 if we can fix everything before Friday or before June 05, 2009. Because on June 05, 2008(Friday) will be our special schedule of the Embassy appointment to process applicants' VISA.

In connection to this, we apologize so much for the inconvenience. That we did not noticed your requirements/documents as early as possible when we received it due to company inbox over quota. Only the US Embassy had noticed it that has something lack of documents’ authentication as a pre-requisite requirement for your VISA approval.

In connection to this, we will give you two (2) options to choose:

FIRST OPTION: if you do not want to continue anymore, we will refund the reservation, or

SECOND OPTION: if you eager want to continue, we find ways to settle it thru our legal assistance to fix everything in order.

FIRST OPTION: To those applicants who do not want to continue anymore

    1. We would like to refund your reservation, Php1500 as soon as possible.

    2. Just inform Ms Catherine “Cathy” Rosales (+63915-811-193 as soon as possible, if you want to request an immediate refund. And advise her where to send your refunds. It is much better if you have BDO Cash Card Bank Account so that we can easily transfer funds thru our company payment systems. Refund Processing is only 5 working days upon receipt of your request if thru Western Union Money Transfer.

Sorry for the inconvenience of your papers for authentications. We know that you are deserved and qualified for the job based on our evaluations. But only the problem is your last requirement for authentication to approved your VISA.

Because the new revised policy of Authentications has strictly imposed by the US Embassy especially this time that they are experiencing economic crisis. So your papers should be authenticated first by the DFA (the red ribbon authentication) and CHED Authentication (for TOR/School Credentials) as a pre-requisite requirement before releasing the VISA forms.

SECOND OPTION: To those applicants who still want to continue

    1. If you are eager and wanted to continue, just inform Ms Catherine Rosales (+63915-811-193 for final processing by forwarding your ACN to her as soon as possible.

    2. And kindly inform Ms Catherine Rosales as soon as possible that you still have to continue the last requirement processing which is the Authentication of your documents/requirements, so she can prepare it before June 05, 2009 in order we can start process the RED RIBBON Authentication by Friday together with your Free VISA. Free medical examinations will be schedule on June 19, 2009 after your Personal Appearance.

On this second option, we could assure that everything would be "okay" by seeing other alternative ways to revise your applications and papers for authentication with the help of our legal assistance department.

But it cost too much of your pockets as Php2500 pesos, for legal assistance fee which is supposedly not good to applicants to spend additional fee for this last requirement. But this is the only way to approve everything. It’s only an optional way for you to choose. It’s up to you to take this option or not. We are not forcing you to comply it but only those who are still interested. We are only giving you hope to a positive way of solution.

To those who are interested to avail our company legal assistance, forward your ACN to Ms Catherine Rosales as soon as possible. You can still avail this opportunity if you want it, and legal assistance fee of Php2500 must be expected before June 05, 2009 in order we can immediately process the Authentication & Free VISA by Friday to avoid some delays of schedule of our appointment with the US Embassy.

To sum up everything, all your supporting documents should be authenticated as soon as possible. And to those applicants wants to avail legal assistance, legal assistance fee be expected before Friday or before June 05, 2009 to those only who are eager and interested to continue. And we are going to release then your free plane ticket when free VISA would be okay.

On the other hand, to those applicants who have schedule already for their personal appearance on June 19, you can personally get your free plane ticket from Ms Sarah Yu on June 19 (+63918-694-508, or you can call us @ Tel# (+632) 551-6250 on June 18, so we can give you instructions where can you get your free plane ticket.

To those applicants who have no problems in authentication of thier documents, and have received already a free plane ticket reservation number, just report to Ms Sarah Yu on June 19, 2008 for personal appearance and be prepared for the signing of job contract.

Please be informed that upon signing of Job Contract, you will be entitled for a signing bonus of $2000 as an advance salary from MORGAN STANLEY COMPANY- USA.

2 or 3 years ago I applied a job same as this one the details are all the same except the company name. I almost believe it, I keep reading the email for maybe 20 times, for me its really good to be true. Salamat kay wala jud ko na victim. I always ask myself why would I pay if I need just to take an exam? thats what I thought.. wala jud ko nituo, ako gi ignore.

you should have inquired from the POEA if they are listed ... but you can still get back on them with youre mails as evidence, go to the POEA for a complaint ... but then again, is 1500 worth the fatigue, the anxiety, etc .. i think it will be better to charge it to experience and be careful next time not to jump immediately to offers which are too good to be true ...
