Do you mean a design that you made? for example you made mock up webpage design in adobe photoshop and implement it to html and CSS?

if this is what you mean then you should slice your images and save it for html (gifs). you can set the images in your css making some id's and classes that can be called in your html into div tag.

you should have enough knowledge in manipulating css since it is very tricky in html especially in div tags.

Maybe you can download a simple webpage design with html and css and look for the codes in those files and study the behavior of the html & css implementation.
