okies...i heard also na maayo pud ang silverstone in terms of warranty..kay ang corsair wala daw service center diri sa pinas..while ang silverstone kay 3 years warranty nya naa pa jud service center diri sa pinas...

here is an observation i recently have when i tested the Asus GTX285 on an XFX 780i mobo, E7300 slightly oc'ed to 3.33GHz, 4GB Mushkin Redline Ascent rams, 500GB Seagate SATAII, 3x120mm fans, 2xCCFL(refer to: https://www.istorya.net/forums/fine-u...videocard.html ).

power supply units used:
1. Silverstone ST60F(full modular) - ok ra tanan...temp @ 45.7c taken at exhaust vent
2. HEC Cougar 700W(semi-modular) - ok ra tanan...temp @ 50.9c taken at exhaust vent

***when you look at power supply specs, focus on the De-rating curve. it shows the efficiency of the power supply at a specific load and temperature. 80Plus rating of the particular psu might be 80% @500W, 32c...hehehehe...there is no such condition as 32c in our computers nowadays...

@ vashtinone: mao btaw ning gamit sa mga doctor kanang ipadu-ol nila sa ear sa mga bata to get the temperature...tag 600+ ra baya ni(naa sa Rose Pharmacy)...i use this to measure temps sa akong computer esp. kaning gagmai nako nga casing for mini-itx...

efficiency of the PSU mostly at its peak on 40-60% load, when the load gets bigger, the efficiency drop slowly.this is the time that the PSU will be getting hotter due to power loss that turned to heat.
