I agree... i-inform usa ang attendant nga nag handle nimo, then talk to their higher authority. If wala silay himuon sa imo then tha'ts the time mo file ka complain sa proper authorities. I'm sure motagad jud na sila nimo oi, kay ila man na responsibilidad.

kasuway ako kaila ana, she went to a well known derma center in ayala. nagka samad iya nawng, murag nasunog. anyway, iya gbalikan, but they were hestitant pud, and permi i-ingon sa iya na wala ila manager. pila siya ka days nagbalik2x didto. until nkga sturya na jud sila with the head and gitaga-an siya ug free services nalang.

If you don't mind my asking, can you tell us which facial center that is? Facial Care Center ba? PMB nalang if you'd rather not post it here. Thanks. I'm contemplating on having a facial done, but I now have hesitations. You said you paid good money but the services seem to suck.
