Nissan announced the next-generation GT-R would be rolled out in 2007 world wide,.... (its about time they distribute da Nissan Skyline here in da US and to the rest of the world)

the body looks like the Nissan Skyline V35 or the US version Infinity G35 but just all suped up with a carbon fiber ground effect.

i think the latter model of infinity g35 has a skyline engine. i wonder what they did to the car to make it pass the us strict emision requirments.

@ tolstoi : i know,.... i think it looks more like da G35 (my homie has a silver G35 with a carbon fiber hood and bagage,... changed the "INFINITY" badge at the back to a "SKYLINE" badge and also changed the "G35" to a V35) the 350Z and the G35 has a similar body style,..... but there all the same,... Infinity is Nissan just a Luxury line.

i have no info's about whats under the hood

@cool : what do you mean the latter model of the G35 has the Skyline engine,... never heard that b4.
i think the cars in japan dont have CAT converter..... without it,.. u gain about 10 HP,.... but fail in the emission's test.

@jungie : hahaha,.... i dont even think this is going be release until the late 2007 or somewhere around 2008,....

im not sure but i read somewhere that the g35 has the skyline engine the rb20series or the vqseries
maybe mao na nga model og year.
since japan coud not sell their skyline in the us, they have skyline engine put in the infiniti g35.

the G35 is a 3.5 liter engine V6,...... VQ35DE

the R34 GT-R is a 2.6 liter engine in-line 6,..... RB26DETT

in japan in their GT2003 races, the r34 use the vq engines. before that time they were using the rb engines.
