yes ts wanted an alternative to eon based on the 3 criteria he has given..at the moment paypal and eon has a tie up..so for other alts, check out paypal..

probably because withdrawals from paypal at the moment is thru visa and bdo debit cards are tied with mastercard

I have known alternative way aside from Paypal, it's called Cara DebitCard. I've been using paypal too but since I've started working with my client which is an affiliated to Cara Card, kani na ako giuse karon cause it's easy. It's the lowest rate for Internet Direct Deposit and Money Transfer. One thing about their card is you can withdraw your money right away once it's reflected in your card. No need to wait for how many days unlike Paypal. This is better than Xoom and Payoneer too. It's a visa card. High conversion rate also.
