    Mga bro, kinsa ninyo nakahibaw ug formal stretching before mag jogging. Actually naa koy nahibaw-an gamay pero dili ko kuntinto kay malain2x man gud. ang gusto nako makahbaw ko kung unsa jud ang formal nga stretching unsay una ug unsay sunod ug pila ka ihap, para naa jud ko sundon every jogging nako ba. thnks ninyo daan mga bro.

    sa ako kbw an if mag stretching ka u start from u head down to ur toes, if i'm not wrong 16 counts for 1 set.. depende ra tingay kay mao man ni ang usual buhaton before and after mi mag gym sa una... baw karn if na usab na ba..

    you may go to youtube then search for yoga for runners(yogatic.com)..it will give you tips on stretching
