unverified pa ang account account and i have a sum of money there. gusto unta nako itransfer sa akong bank account but di pa pwede. my question is, can i use somebody else's credit card to verify it? wala man gud koy akong kaugalingon nga credit card. what i have are only 2 atm cards (UCPB and BDO).

guba man tingali ilang online application ron. dali rman ang pag apply for your UNIONBANK EON card. you just go to Unionbank (make sure you have a photocopy of your 2 valid IDs) then you fill out the form (ask the guard unsa na form) then adto na dayun kas in-charge, submit nimo ang photocopy sa IDs nimo and application form. the in-charge there will check your IDs then once satisfied sila, all you need to do is come back for your card after 2-3 weeks then pay for P350 annual charge wa pa nuon nako nakuha akoa kay wa pa may 3 weeks

Using Xoom is more costly than Paypal, the higher the amount na ipadala, the higher the charges ang imo mabayran same with Western Union. Paypal is good but I've found new alternative way of Money Transfer and Online Direct Deposit other than those. They have the lowest rate among others. Money can be withdrawn right away once it's reflected to your card. By the way, this is a visa card. They have high conversion rates.
