If you are an employer unya ingon-ana imo dawaton nga qualification to fill your business I'm sure manira ka ug sayo or else layo ra ang usa ka bulan ang imo business....
i don't think nga during sa application processing kay madawat nang tawhana..
naay call centers nga ang ilang mga qualifying exams about english proficiency ra, wla nila gi-apilan ug technical exam.. (personal experience.. applied as tech support pero ang exam puro ra english..sayon kaayo).
naa man jud uban undergrads nga kamao na mu-utingkay ug mu-solbad ug problema sa computers, printers, digital cameras, projectors, celphones, PDAs, internet connection..
if we're still on the same page, you are like saying that nursing grads do not have any idea about being a call center agent. are you saying that agents under a banking and finance account should be accountants only? tech support agents are for the comp e, i.t., comp sci, ece only?
there are some students whose curiostiy exceeds his grasp that his knowledge is beyond what school can offer.
and that is what makes them qualified.
