ICT - how much is their sallary anyways? nganong low pay man? if its above 10k.. then its still possitive.
Cordia - i must say, all companies did go through hard moments... but still if it gives job to the people... that is still possitive.
Qualfon - i dont know what you want to say about management, but as an FYI, management must be good if they are now expanding more.
for other companies not mentioned... i still believe there is something good... and one good thing about it is that, it does give job for the jobless.

Overall, i'd say working in a call center environment is a course in perseverance. Hours are lousy for the most part. Customer's can be rude (thankfully not too many of those in my account). And the stuff you're working for (vacation, gadgets etc) will be more affordable with your greater capacity for spending. Enjoying them however is going to take some doing. Time is your most valuable resource. I'd recommend spending a year or maybe two in the call center industry. See if you like it. If the whole thing feels like an assault on your sense of self worth then get the hell outta there.
Not worth your time or life. You probably have greater things to accomplish than to earn a six figure salary and not have time to enjoy it.;
