Education in its broadest sense is any act or experience that has a formative effect on the mind, character, or physical ability of an individual (e.g., the consciousness of an infant is educated by its environment through its interaction with its environment); and in its technical sense education is the process by which society deliberately transmits its accumulated knowledge, values, and skills from one generation to another through institutions.[1] Teachers in such institutions direct the education of students and might draw on many subjects, including reading, writing, mathematics, science and history. This technical process is sometimes called schooling when referring to the compulsory education of youth. For example, Samuel Bowles [2] and Herbert Gintis, [3] Teachers in specialized professions such as astrophysics, law, or zoology may teach only a certain subject, usually as professors at institutions of higher learning. There is also instruction in fields for those who want specific vocational skills, such as those required to be a pilot. In addition there is an array of education possible at the informal level, e.g., at museums and libraries, with the Internet, and in life experience.

Being educated make you knowledgeable and powerful, that no one can deceive you. Studying will not end after graduated college, however its the beginning of true knowledge. In the school you can only learn the basic, even without going to school to waste time and money you can still learn by yourself.
But we cannot deny the truth that certification we can earn after schooling, it will help us also, especially if you have guts... No guts no glory.

haysst.. kapuya cge ug balik oi.. read kuno sa mga post nako sa ibabaw i'll post it here again..

NOT ALL PLANS WILL HAPPEN OR SUCCEED, I DEFINITELY UNDERSTAND WHATEVER FACTOR THAT AFFECTED ITS FAILURE BUT MY POINT IS CAREFUL PLANNING LEADS TO A SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME.

Most people who don't plan get things messed up while people who are plan oriented get really a nice and successful outcome. Now lets apply this in a concrete example and most common on is FAMILY PLANNING (don't tell me you don't know this ). Say family A & family B generate the same net income. Family A has 1 kid while family B has 6 kids. You'd definitely see that family A has a high standard of living while family B doesn't. Ergo, planning with proper implementation makes your life a lot better.

Naa lagi dili graduate pero stable ila job, unya maka-sure ta nga kadtong mga tawhana contented or satisfied sa ilang work as well as their salary? I don't think so....

mas maayo man gyud nga once maka-graduate ug college inig work (kung madawat) magamit ila course..

Ang uban diha undergrad lagi pero ang experience nila in marketing ones self is excellent then makakuha gyud ug work.

The world we are in is very demanding in the sense that competition is really very hard. One must ready his/herself in the real world of chaos and competition and getting ready means having a degree is a must aside from purely experience. If you are that experienced and have papers to support well i'll tell you, you are indestructible.

Noh!? mao bah? Basta maayo mo-English bisan dili graduate OK na kaayo nga ibutang sa Call Center? I think NO....

OK ibutang ta lang nga maayo siya mo-English, unya LOW idea siya about technical matters and terms would you think mo-excel siya sa iya work?

I'm not a Call Center Agent but my idea of an Agent kay dili basta basta mag-English English raka diha without knowing technical terms, example... A customer ask you to help him/her on how to fix a computer problems or etc. so now how could he/she explain the right terms nga kutob raman sa pag-Speak ug English iya nahibal-an?

If you are an employer unya ingon-ana imo dawaton nga qualification to fill your business I'm sure manira ka ug sayo or else layo ra ang usa ka bulan ang imo business....

    libre ang mangarap.

education makes u a knowledgeable person. but after u graduate, u realise that what u have learned in school is not enough. graduating from a certain course deos NOT EVER mean that you have learned enough to be deserving of such a degree. hence, we can say that this graduate, is not educated. however, if this graduate's degree best fits the job that a company is willing to offer, then lucky him.. because of the degree he earned after years of college, he gets a job that is in line with his field.

call centers who used to hire college grads (because grads are believed to speak fluent english), are now hiring people who have at least attained the second year of their curriculum, because they realize (aside from the fact that the number english speakers in our country is diminishing) that there are in fact PEOPLE WHO CAN speak english or do the job the same calibre compared to hiring a graduate.

    libre ang mangarap.
pero dili libre ang pag-trabaho aron makab-ot ang pangandoy.
