If you are the employer, who would you prefer.

Ang nka eskwela or wla?

if i were da Employer depende nila ug kinsay mas kahibaw sa trabaho nga ako g.kinhanlan mao akong dwaton.. unsaon mana nkong nka Eskwela if ako xa pa trabahoon ug CAll Center Agent den dli kaau xa maau mo English.. wat if ang usa kay highskol graduate rah dn iya maau na kaau xa mo English coz iya family mag cgeg English .. dn ad2 q sa Usa nga Bisayang DAko Graduate ug college but YAya mo speak ug English...SO Ad2 q sa wala ka Eskwela But fluent xa mo speak ug English.. dba.....

For me it will boil down to a person's perspective about education and how will he educate himself, because formal education will make you a living but self-education will make you a fortune. Education is about finding our self-worth dili kay getting a degree ra... Sometimes we failed to recognized the real essence of education, we invisioned it as a stepping stone not a process!

for me experience is the best education......

ur ryt Expierience jud ang kinahanglan... Dli sa mga notebook ballpen dha cge kag suwat... Y cge man mo ug suwat sa Eskwelahan for 4 years kapila ra mo mag hand out sa imo jud course?? or mag OJT or something dba not more dan a year rah... ug mag OJT diay mo sukad 1st year to 4th year .. tan.awon ta dli bka makat.on sa imong work after 4yrs ... dba?? Exp. jud unta wala ,man kay makuhang Exp ug naa ramo sa room nang lingkod nag yawyaw...ug inyo panang g lihok gi Demo ang inyong jud nga trabaho in da future para sa imong courso after 4yrs corrct me if im wrong memorize nana nmo imong trabaho.. eheheh

Imagine uneducated person...most of them are doing hard labor jobs tsk tsk.
Imagine educated person...most of them get employed be in corporate world, technology etc and etc.

In your friend's case, she is a graduate of commerce and end up working as a sales girl...you see in our country, competition of getting hired is really stiff pretty obvious and due to economic issues...instead of pursuing what she studied she ended up working as a sales girl...maybe the foundation of her education is not good enough.

ahh correction lang noh.. Dont use MOst of Them coz dli jud most of dm get employed be in corporate world.. can't u see da reality?? mas daghan kaya nag Lisod nga mga Educated person.. coz walay saktong trabaho g offer sa ato country..... gamay ra kaya ang nka trabahog nndot.. some of thm pd nka trabahog nndot bsan la ka grad. ..

Education kay paningkamot man gihapon na. Pila gud na ka tuig
nato gihagoan. Mao na ato foundation sa future kana kung
nagtinarong sad ug eskwela ang usa ka tao. Kung ni excel ta sa
atong pagka college then lamang ka inig apply. Kung sa pagtrabaho
nato maayo ta record then saka sad gyud ato pay. But still naa
gihapon na ang gitawag nga swerte. Daghan ko kaila nga with
honors pag graduate pero ordinary ra man sila pagkatao karon but
they are happy with there job, family and life. Don't expect to
much kung ma dato ba ka ug dili kay di man na ang sukdanan sa
success sa usa ka tao. Gawas kung dawat limpyo ang attitude
sa usa ka tao dali ra kaayo siya mosikat pero laya lang sad dayon.

then you end up in a job you hate in order to keep a roof over your head.

preparation is a process, a process one has to be very clear and specific about what he is she really wanting to achieve out of that plan. diskarte na na sa usa ka tao giunsa niya pagprepare.. iya sad na if hina cya sa diskarte mo palpak gyud!

now let me ask you this, would someone create a house or a building w/o a plan or a blue print what will happen?

Siguro it will help a lot if naa pud ta'y subject nga Personal Finance 101, Investment 101 or Enterpreneurship 101 sa ato curricula.
