i dont agree that kho is a victim of that scandal... in the first place he was the one who knows that video without the consent of halili. though we know for sure if what will happen if that video will scattered... now it is... so whos more affected? try to put your shoes with the female affected, it is very degrading... this things happen will remain history to all individuals who are making the same things like kho.
