laminotomy? or laminectomy? sorry, ask lang ko ha. arent u suppose to get a patient who just had this operation done? then u will do the normal physiology and then ur abnormal patho-physio? is this still the way u do it these days?

surgical case-conference is easy to do when u got all ur data in. if this is prior to surgery then base it on the H & P of the patient. like why is he/she getting the surgery done!

read the patient's chart pretty well and get all pertinent details as much as u can! u can do it by yourself, trust ur own instincts! unless....IF wa gyud ka ni exert effort ky LISOD gyud.
