Dumpit fires gun, causes commotion among foreigners yesterday.
He was involved in another altercation, this time involving students from South Korea and Japan who are in Cebu to study the English language.

The foreigners are staying at the former Harbor View Hotel, which is now the Cebu Pacific International Language Services School (CPILS)

An American national, who teaches at the school, came to the Sun.Star Cebu office yesterday afternoon to complain that Dumpit harassed and threatened 15 of his students, who drinking past 8 p.m. in a store on F. Villa St., about 60 meters from CPILS.

Plastic tables and chairs were placed by the store owner almost in the middle of the road for people who would buy food and drinks.

Dumpit arrived, driving a multicab. He reportedly rammed one of the plastic tables and fired two shots in the air with a handgun when the foreign students approached him.

Dumpit admitted firing shots in the air because one of the Koreans tried to attack him.

“I told them that this is the Philippines and they should follow our laws here. They were drinking in the middle of the street, which is a violation of a city ordinance.�

He said he rammed one of the plastic tables because it blocked the road . He said he later advised the store owner to make sure roads are free of obstruction.

“They can’t block the road. Foreigners should also respect our laws,� he said.

.. non taken. There are lots of police out there who are easily swayed upon seeing the round-shiny-thingy called money. Dumpits methods might be unorthodox but it's effective anyway, and that's what's important.

Para nako mau ni sakto na solution sa problema nimu bro or natong tanan:

Dapat nay " law " about thief,snatching etc if ever found guilty then putolan og tudlo until mahurot then if cge japun then putlan og kamut. Now, kinsa pamay mangawat og wala nay kamot atleast legal way of implenting the law. So na-ana cya chance mag change kaysa pusilon dayon kay kawatan, snatcher, drug pusher etc.

I shouldn't say na sayop sya at this point, those actions shouldn't be tolerated if they want to stay then they should follow the law. However, murag over reaction ra sab ang gibuhat ni Adonis, dili naman cguro necc. mu gamit og guns especially to our visitors/foreigner. Am not sure how true na mi try og attack? but for me it's not necc. Sa ila rba dili jud mag dala og armas ang police, puras lang jud so meaning, dili sila ana ka violente.

maybe they had a difficult time communicating (you know those foreigners, they come to our country and they don't speak a word of english and they expect us to understand them) so SPO1 Dumpit allowed his actions to speak for himself...
