    Default Sakit ako muscles


    ng weight lifting twn ko (2 kilos) per arm.hehehe.. ni sakit pag ayo ako left arm sa may biceps dapit. pag sunday ra ni ni sakit hangtod karun sakit gihapon, unsa dale na remedy ane?

    ps. first time na nga nag lift kog weight, 1 hour to cya with 20 seconds rest per set.

    haplasi na ug efficasent oil... then ipahuway lang na... ayaw cge pag-wash using cold water.

    aw maoba, plan unta nko e "ice water bath" ako arms kay nakabasa ko sa net bout ice water bath, di diay na aka ayo ang ice sa sore muscles? naa pay laeng alternative besides efficasent ? kay ng haplas na gd ko gahapon og ben gay mao ramn gihapon.

    bro that is a natural. ang tawag ana muscle soreness o pamaul... ang atoa lang basta malihok nimo. it is important. kay og di malihok, aw kuyaw na. ang best remedy ana is PAHUWAY ra gyud. mao man nay mahitabo kung di ka ma anad sa imong gibuhat mao pamaulan ka... medyo next time do 2 sets of 12 lang bro for 2 weeks. that way your muscles. and most important ang joints, ligaments maka adapt gyud og maayo... ara man na sa joints and ligaments manakit og maayo. kay your muscles can recover as quick as 2-3 days pero ang ligaments and joints usahay mo result pa og injury MAO HINAY HINAY LANG.
    as of now pwede pana ice imo apply then start applying heat and mga bengay after 72 hrs. na. it's not an INJURY ha. pls confirm. basta gamay lihok nga mura kag mamatay sa kasakit. consult lang og doctor.. he!he! good luck on your next exercise.... ADAPTATION wherein ang imong muscles, ligaments and joints imong e gradual og pa adapt sa imong buhaton. pamaulan man gani ka layo ra ng 3 days wa nay pamaul and you can bear with the discomfort not too much pain. after an 8 weeks period which is for sedentary people na nagstart og excercise, you can go to padako nga stage where you can lift more because your body has adapted. then you go to the definition phase where mga pa cut or MUSCLE DEFINITION na pud ang goal sa nag exercise.....
