    I am certain that it is the wire from my cabinet to the exchange. Testing my line at the exchange (~3.5km or so) shows max speed, at my cabinet, it's already what I get here in my house.
    PLDT installed a new line for me, far away from any electrical wiring and other phone lines, but it did not change anything. A line tester used by PLDT showed that the line is "clean", no static, no noise, just perfect. But they told me that the distance is the problem.
    Anyway, its ok for me. I still can download 60MB/minute... nothing to complain.

    I'm on the 1 MBps plan of Globelines... way kwenta!! akong torrent DL speed kay once ra ko kakita nga ni-25kbps siya.. it's always on the 20kbps mark... not even God can make my torrent speed go up... unless a terrorist would read this and bomb Globe down.. I'd be grateful.. I hate Globelines!!!!

    Definitely not a residential connection. Wala may residential diri sa Pinas mo abot ang bandwidth ngana. Or edited lang siguro ni kay dako kaau deperensya sa DL ug UL.
